• Your client data: names, emails, phone numbers, notes you enter
• Usage data: interactions with the app to improve the service

• Provide and maintain the Hely service
• Allow you to manage your client contacts
• Improve the application and user experience
• The AI assistant uses your client data to personalize its responses

Your data is securely stored on Supabase servers (cloud infrastructure). We use SSL/TLS encryption for all communications.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share your data with:

• Supabase: database hosting
• OpenAI: AI assistant query processing (anonymized data)
• Google: if you use Google SSO login

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify your data
• Delete your account and all your data
• Export your data (CSV export function available)
