By using the Hely application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Hely is a customer relationship management (CRM) application designed for freelancers and small business owners. It allows you to:

• Manage a client contact database
• Track interactions with your clients
• Use an AI assistant to help with your management
• Communicate with your clients via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone

3. Registration and Account

To use Hely, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the application in accordance with applicable laws
• Not use the application for spam or harassment purposes
• Comply with GDPR regarding your own clients' data
• Not attempt to compromise the application's security

5. Data Ownership

You remain the owner of all data you enter into the application. You can export your data at any time using the CSV export function.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hely is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
