By using the Hely application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
Hely is a customer relationship management (CRM) application designed for freelancers and small business owners. It allows you to:
To use Hely, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You remain the owner of all data you enter into the application. You can export your data at any time using the CSV export function.
Hely offers two tiers:
Auto-renewal: the Pro subscription automatically renews monthly. It is billed to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at each renewal until you cancel. Payment is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How to cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain Pro access until that date. No prorated refunds are issued by Hely. Apple and Google may apply their own refund policies, which you can review on their respective platforms.
Free trial (if offered): any free trial period is valid once per user. The paid subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24h before it ends.

Hely is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen of the application. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Account deletion is distinct from subscription cancellation: to cancel a Pro subscription, follow the procedure in section 6.
