Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of the Hely Pro subscription, a customer relationship management (CRM) service accessible via iOS and Android mobile applications.

3. Pricing and plans

Hely offers two plans:

• Free Plan: limited to 30 clients, basic features included (notes, tags, messages, QR code)
• Pro Plan: $9.99 per month, unlimited clients, AI assistant, CSV export

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of subscription.

4. Subscription and payment

The Pro subscription is purchased directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is handled by these platforms according to their own terms.

• The subscription automatically renews monthly
• Payment is charged automatically each month
• Billing is managed by Apple or Google depending on your device

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content services that begin immediately upon purchase with the consumer's consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply.

By subscribing to the Pro plan and beginning to use the service, you expressly agree that performance begins immediately.

However, Apple and Google may apply their own refund policies. Please consult their respective terms.

6. Duration and cancellation

The Pro subscription is for a period of one month, automatically renewable.

To cancel:

• On iPhone/iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Hely → Cancel Subscription
• On Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Hely → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You retain Pro access until that date. No prorated refunds are provided.

7. Access to the service

After subscription, access to Pro features is immediate. In case of technical issues, contact us at hello@hely.app.

8. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws
• Not share login credentials
• Comply with data protection regulations regarding their own clients' data

9. Limitation of liability

Hely strives to provide quality service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. In case of prolonged major dysfunction, a credit may be granted in proportion to the duration of unavailability.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

The Hely application, its design, features, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale. Users will be notified by email or through the application. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the country where the publisher is located. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
